Breakfast / Brunch served Monday - Friday


Steel-Cut Oatmeal - with a daily selection of fresh fruit and nuts (served until 11:30 am)

Muffins/Breads - Spelt Carrot Raisin Bran, Spelt Banana Coconut Chocolate Chip, Gluten-Free Blueberry Almond and Apple Spice Muffins, as well as a rotating selection of sliced breads: Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Banana, Banana Walnut and Carrot Zucchini.

Vegan Breakfast Sandwich
 - baked garlic-dill tofu, tempeh bacon, avocado and caramelized onions on a toasted spelt english muffin with tahini spread.

Vegan Frittata -
Made with tofu, chickpea polenta and potatoes crisped on the outside and "eggy" on the inside. Served with seasonal salad and dressing or with whole grain toast. 

Freshly Baked Eli's Bagel - Whole Wheat, Everything, Sesame with Organic Cream Cheese, Tofutti Vegan Cream Cheese or Earth Balance Buttery Spread. 

Mixed Salad
- with beet, carrot, onion, cucumber and tomatoes with a choice of our house made dressings on the side.

Beans and Rice: Lemon Sage White Beans over Brown Rice
Sandwich: BBQ Seitan with mustard-dressed coleslaw on a multi-grain Kaiser roll.
Salad Sandwich: Tofu Salad on Rye
Wrap: Hummus Vegetable- spinach, tomato, cucumber and avocado with fresh garlic hummus

Soups: Pinto Bean, Mushroom Barley
Beans and Rice: Three Bean Chili over Brown Rice
Sandwich: Chili-Roasted Tempeh Torta served with refried beans, avocado, radish, cucumber with jalapeno aioli served on a multigrain bun   
Wrap: Garden Herb Unchicken Wrap (Contains Egg Whites and Buttermilk). Quorn brand breaded Unchicken patty served with chopped salad, red onions, and a tahini herb vinaigrette.
Salad Sandwich: Walnut Salad on Pumpernickel
Grain Salads: Seasonal grain salads made with Quinoa, Bulgur or Kamut. Call for daily offerings.

Wrap: Thai Peanut Wrap- baked tofu marinated in sweet and spicy chili sauce topped with a bok choi and cabbage salad on a whole wheat wrap.

Sandwich: Seitan Banh Mi: seared and braised seitan in ginger and spicy peppers served with pickled daikon, carrot and cucumbers on a flaky baguette
Wrap: Chickpea Salad: smashed chickpeas tossed with tomatoes and green onions served with a salad of dandelion greens and mizuna.

Wrap: Unchicken Salsa Wrap: Quorn brand naked unchicken cutlet baked and served with jalapeno guacamole and black bean salsa.
