Vegan Breakfast Sandwich - baked garlic-dill tofu, tempeh bacon, avocado and caramelized onions on a toasted spelt english muffin.
Mixed Greens Salad - with beet, carrot, onion, cucumber and tomatoes with a choice of our house made dressings on the side.
Tofu-Vegetable Scramble - Made with The Bridge organic tofu, peppers, onions and our special blend of organic spices. Comes with a fresh Zabar's health roll and Earth Balance.
