Cooking Instructions: Popcorn balls ingredients: 1 cup honey or sorghum ¼ cup water ½ tsp hain® salt (optional) 1 tbsp butter 6-8 cups popped corn cooking instructions: add ¼ cup water to honey or sorghum add salt. Boil over low heat until a drop becomes brittle in cold water. Add butter. Stir. Pour over popcorn. Shape into balls. Makes 8 to 10 balls., Yellow popcorn ingredients: 1 3qt saucepan with a cover ⅓ cup arrowhead mills® yellow popcorn 3 tbsp spectrum® canola or coconut oil 2 tbsp melted butter (optional) hain® salt to taste cooking instructions: heat oil in pan over a high heat, add 3 kernels and place a lid on tight. When kernels have popped. Add the rest of the kernels in an even layer, cover with lid and let pan sit over a low heat. Keep covered for 30 seconds or until all kernels have popped. When rapid popping has slowed to almost nothing, remove from heat, transfer to a medium bowl, toss popcorn with melted butter and salt.
