Instructions

Cooking Instructions: Cook method skillet heat non-stick pan over medium heat. Add 2 links at a time and cook for 10-12 minutes until the sausages turn brown and inner temperature reaches 165°f. Turn frequently (roughly every 1-2 minutes). Grill pre-heat covered grill to 500-520°f. Lightly brush sausages with oil, grill for about 9-10 minutes until the sausages turn brown and inner temperature reaches 165°f, turning halfway through. Cook time may vary depending on equipment. Always cook to an internal temperature of 165°f. Not recommended microwaving, boiling or deep frying.
