Cooking Instructions: Toasted wheat bran toasting wheat bran gives it an especially nutty flavor and crunchy texture. Set oven to 350°f. Pour wheat bran in a thin layer on a baking sheet and bake, about 5-10 minutes, stirring frequently, until lightly browned. Wheat bran browns quickly; keep a close watch.
