Instructions
Storage: Keep frozen
Cooking Instructions: Cooking instructions pan /stove top: heat 1 teaspoon oil in a small saute pan. Cook frozen patty on medium heat for about 6 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Oven/toaster oven (preferred method): preheat oven to 400℉. Place frozen patty on cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Flip and cook another 5-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Microwave: remove patty from plastic and place on a microwave safe plate. Cook on high for 1 minute. Carefully flip and cook an additional 1 minute. Based on 1100 watt microwave. Microwave ovens vary. Times given are approximate.
Keep frozen prior to use. For food safety cook to an internal temperature of 165°f.
