For those mornings when you’re rushing to put breakfast on the table for your kids or for when that cup of coffee hasn’t yet kicked in, just egg folded makes breakfast practically unskippable. Simply pop it in a toaster, microwave, oven or skillet, and some really good eggs will be on your plate in minutes. Each just egg folded has six grams of plant protein, zero cholesterol and less saturated fat than a chicken egg. It’s ideal for breakfast sandwiches but also great on ramen noodles or in fried rice.

Storage: Keep frozen
Cooking Instructions: Our eggs are easy. Toaster (chef's choice) place just egg™ in standard toaster and heat on high for 6 ½ minutes. Skillet warm a bit of oil in a nonstick skillet on medium heat. Cook just egg™ for 5 minutes and flip halfway through. Air fryer coat basket lightly with oil. Put just egg™ in the air fryer at 400°f for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through. Microwave place just egg™ on a microwave-safe plate and cover with a paper towel. Heat on high for 45 seconds. Flip and heat on high for an additional 30 seconds. Although just egg™ is pre-baked, please heat thoroughly to 165°f before enjoying. Cooking times may vary.
