Instructions

Storage: Cool dry place

Cooking Instructions: Kettle directions: to prepare, simply empty packet into bowl, add about 1/2-2/3 cup (125-150 ml) of boiling water or as desired, and stir. Recommend to let sit for 2 minutes to allow the chia seeds to hydrate. Sweeten to taste, or add fruit., Microwave directions: empty packet into a microwave safe bowl.
