Near East Original Plain Couscous Mix, 10 oz
Near east couscous mix, original plain is a delicious couscous from a long-established company. This formula is quick and easy to cook. Simply add the ingredients to a saucepan, bring to a boil, add the couscous and remove from heat. After five minutes the couscous is ready. Couscous can be eaten alone as a side dish or mixed into many different recipes such as casseroles and salads, for additional flavor, protein, fiber, and health benefits. Each box contains 10 oz. of kosher couscous.

Instructions
Cooking Instructions: Microwave directions 1. In round 2-quart microwaveable glass casserole, combine water and salt (optional). Refer to range top directions chart for water and salt measurements. 2. Microwave at high until boiling, about 2 minutes for 1 serving, 4 to 5 minutes for 2 servings or 9 to 10 minutes for the entire box. 3. Add couscous and olive oil or butter; stir. Cover let stand 5 minutes. 4. Fluff couscous lightly with fork before serving. *microwave ovens may vary. Adjust times as needed.
