Instructions
Cooking Instructions: Cooking organic texmati® white rice 1¾ 1 cup water 1 cup rice ½ tsp salt (optional) 1 tsp butter or olive oil (optional) bring water to a boil. Add salt and butter or olive oil, if desired. Stir in rice. Cover with lid; reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand (covered) 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve. Yields approximately 3 cups.
