Cooking Instructions: Great ways to enjoy • drizzle with olive oil and bake at 350°f for 10 to 15 minutes or until broccoli is tender but crunchy. Season to taste. • for a quick & healthy lunch, pair broccoli with stahlbush black beans & brown rice. Microwave on high for two to three minutes. Add cheddar cheese and top with salsa or salad dressing. • steam for five to seven minutes and season with butter and a dash of lemon juice., How to prepare stovetop: place frozen broccoli into a small amount of boiling water. Cover; steam for three to five minutes or until tender. Drain and season to taste. Microwave: place frozen broccoli into a covered microwave-safe dish. Add a small amount of water and cook on high for three to four minutes. Microwave heating times may vary. Drain and season to taste.
