We are happy to take your online order, fill it, and have it waiting here for you! When you‘ve completed your order, indicate in the comments box on the check out page that you‘d like to pick up your delivery, and the time slot (1-4 p.m. or 4-8 p.m.) that you would like your delivery to be ready.  There is a $5 fee for this service that will be added to the total of your order.  Orders must be picked up by the by the time you‘ve specified unless other arrangements have been approved by our management team.  Orders can be placed for pick-up every day of the week.

We deliver anywhere within the borough of Brooklyn, New York, from the hours of 1pm to 7pm, Monday through Saturday. Simply indicate the time slot most convenient for you, 1-4 p.m. or 4-7 p.m., in the comments box at the end of your order.  Someone must be available to accept your delivery at the time specified.  The order deadline for same day delivery is 11:30 a.m.; any order received after 11:30 a.m. will be delivered on the next delivery day, or a later date that you‘ve specified.

We have designated three delivery zones in Brooklyn, and the cost of your online order is dependent upon the neighborhood you are located in.  Please see our "delivery zones" page, complete with map and neighborhoods, to give you an idea of what your delivery fee will be.  Please note that the neighborhood are listed for your convenience; the cost is determined by the boundaries shown in the map.   The Fees for the Online Ordering and Home Delivery service are $6.95, $8.95 or $10.95, based on your location in Brooklyn.
All items will be shipped for a flat rate of $6.95/$8.95/$10.95

State sales taxes are applied to all shipments within our home State. Sales taxes are not applied to shipments for destinations outside the State. Sales taxes vary according to the category of item ordered and are calculated at the cash register. State tax is charged in accordance with the law and all tax collected is remitted directly to the State and is not kept by this Store. If you have a question about sales tax, please contact the store via e-mail, phone or at your next visit.

PAYMENT
Payment for orders will be made via your credit card upon the completion of your order. Sales tax and the Online Ordering and Home Delivery fee will be added if your order is being delivered. Your credit card will be charged on the day that your order is ready for pick-up or delivery. You will receive an e-mail  when your order has been completed which will include a confirmation of your delivery or pick up time and your credit card charge. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express Credit Cards as payment.

FEES
If you cancel an online order less than 2 hours before your specified delivery window, you will be charged a $10 re-stocking fee.  If you cancel your online order after the order has already left the store to be delivered to you, you will be charged a $10 re-stocking fee plus the total cost of the perishable and frozen items in your order.  If no one is available to receive your delivery during the window that you have specified and must be re-delivered, there is a $10 re-delivery fee. Any fees you are subject to will be charged to the credit card used for your purchase.

Refunds are provided for products returned to the store in person within 7 days from the date of purchase. A copy of your receipt is required with the product for a refund. Exchanges may be given in the instance that a receipt is not provided. We reserve the right to deny a refund. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact a member of our management team.
