Ingredients:
- One package firm tofu
- 1/4 cup minced red onion
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1/4 cup Nayonnaise to start
- 1-2 teaspoons Turmeric or Curry powder
- salt and pepper to taste

| Cooking Time: Under 30 minutes |

| Instructions: |
| Drain and mash tofu. Add onion and carrot. Stir Turmeric, salt and pepper into 1/4 cup Nayonnaise. Add to tofu and veggies. Add more Nayonnaise and spices if needed. |
