At Perelandra’s Juice Bar and Deli, we serve our customers the most delicious foods made from the freshest, highest quality natural and organic ingredients. All of the foods we serve are vegan, unless otherwise specified, and nearly all of the ingredients used to prepare them are organic. Our foods, made daily in our own kitchen, are free of artificial ingredients and use only unrefined sweeteners and expeller pressed oils. SERVED DAILY Monday through Friday:
- Oatmeal-with a daily selection of fresh fruit (untill 11:30am)
- Muffins-Carrot Raisin Bran, Wheat Free Carrot Raisin Bran, Wheat Free (spelt) Banana Walnut Coconut Chocolate Chip, Candied Orange Corn as well as Banana Walnut or Zucchini-Carrot Breads.
- Mesclun Salad-with beet, carrot, onion, cucumber and tomatoes with a choice of dressing Annie's dressings on the side.
-- Vegan Breakfast Sandwich- Baked Garlic Dill Tofu, Tempeh Bacon, Avocado and Caramelized Onions on a toasted Spelt English Muffin with tahini spread.
