| Mushroom Gravy |

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon canola or olive oil
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped fine
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 pound fresh mushrooms of choice, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Arrowroot
- 1 1/2 cup water or Vegetable Stock
- 2 tablespoon Tamari
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

| Cooking Time: Under 30 minutes |
 |
| Instructions: |
| Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and saute about 2 minutes, then add the mushrooms. Continue to saute until the mushrooms are softened, about 5 minutes. Dissolve Arrowroot in water or stock and add to the mushroom mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add Tamari and pepper and continue to stir another minute. Serve immediately. |
