Cooking Instructions: Directions: ovens may vary cook from frozen. These veggie burgers are fully prebaked. Please do not overcook. Overcooking will make them too dry. Stovetop heat in a lightly oiled skillet on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until heated throughout. Barbecue oil each side lightly before putting on the grill. Heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until heated throughout. Conventional or toaster oven preheat oven to 400°f. Place patty on a baking sheet. Bake for 4-5 minutes. Flip. Bake for 4-5 more minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Microwave oven remove from overwrap and place one or more patties in a single layer on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave one patty for 1 minutes. Increase cooking time 50-60 seconds for each additional patty. Let sit 1 minutes. Serve.
