Instructions

Storage: Keep frozen

Cooking Instructions: Microwave directions add kale and 1/4 cup water to 11/2-quart round microwavable casserole dish. Cover; microwave on high according to chart, stirring halfway through cook time. Caution: hot! uncover carefully; stir well. Drain if necessary. Microwave wattage* 1200 time on high 8:00 to 8:30 microwave wattage* 1000 time on high 9:00 to 9:30 microwave wattage* 700 time on high 10:00 to 10:30 *microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended., Stovetop directions heat 1/2 cup water to boiling in 2-quart saucepan. Add kale; return to boiling. Reduce heat. Cover; simmer 7 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain.

Do not microwave in bag., For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 160°f. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Refrigerate leftovers.
