Cooking Instructions: Stovetop directions heat 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Carefully add vegetables. Cover; cook 9 to 11 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cauliflower is crisp-tender. Microwave directions add vegetables to 11/2-quart round microwavable casserole dish. Cover; microwave on high according to chart, stirring halfway through cook time, until cauliflower is crisp-tender. Caution: hot! uncover carefully; stir well. Microwave wattage* 1200 time on high 6:00 to 6:30 microwave wattage* 1000 time on high 7:00 to 8:00 microwave wattage* 700 time on high 9:00 to 9:30 *microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave.
