Instructions
Cooking Instructions: Classic red chile & chicken enchiladas 8 corn tortillas 2 cups shredded cooked chicken ½ cup shredded monterey jack or mild cheddar cheese 1 pouch frontera® enchilada sauce 1 heat: preheat oven to 400°f. Wrap tortillas in damp paper towel. Microwave on high until hot, about 30 seconds. 2 assemble: roll about 1/4-cup chicken into each warm tortilla. Place side by side in an 8-inch square baking dish, seam-side down. Completely cover tortillas with sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. 3 bake: bake until bubbly hot, about 15 minutes. Serve hot.
