| ABOUT PERELANDRA’S ONLINE ORDERING AND HOME DELIVERY SERVICE             We deliver anywhere within the borough of Brooklyn, New York, from the hours of 1pm to 7pm, Monday through Saturday. Simply specify the time slot that is most convenient for you- 1-4 p.m., or 4-7 p.m. in the comments box at the end of your order.  Someone must be available to accept your delivery at the time specified. The order deadline for same day delivery or pick-up is 11:30 a.m. Monday through Saturday; there is no delivery or pick-up service on Sundays. Any orders received after 11:30 a.m. will be delivered on the next delivery day, or a later date that you’ve specified. ONLINE ORDERING FEES             We have designated three delivery zones in Brooklyn, and the cost of your online order is dependent upon the neighborhood you are located in.  Please see our Delivery Zone Map to give you an idea of what your delivery fee will be. Please note that the neighborhoods are listed for your convenience; the cost is determined by the boundaries shown in the map. Fees are $6.95, $8.95 and $10.95 and are based on your zone.  OTHER FEES             If you cancel an online order less than 2 hours before your specified delivery window, you will be charged a $10 restocking fee.  If no one is available to receive your delivery during the window that you have specified and must be re-delivered, there is a $10 re-delivery fee. PAYMENT             We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards as forms of payment for your online orders. We will not charge you until the day of the delivery when we’ve completed your order. In addition, we’ll send you an email confirming the details of your order and delivery. FOOD HANDLING             At Perelandra, we’re committed to bringing you the highest quality food available, so you can be sure that we’re handling your natural food delivery the way that it should be handled. All refrigerated items are kept in our refrigerator, and frozen items are kept in our freezer, right up until it is leaving to be delivered to you! Our trained staff members take care in assembling your order, making sure that it gets to you the way it should! ORDER PICK-UPS
 Did you know that you can also pick up your order at Perelandra? We are happy to take your online order, fill it, and have it ready to go, whenever you are! Simply browse through our products, and complete your order. When you check out, specify in the comments box that you’d like to pick up your delivery, the day and the time slot (1-4pm or 4-8pm) that you’d like to pick it up. The latest an order may be picked up is 8 p.m. Orders must be picked up by the time you’ve specified, unless other arrangements have been approved by our management team. Orders can be placed for pick up every day of the week, and there is a $5 fee for this service.
 SECURE ONLINE SHOPPING             At Perelandra, we keep your personal information securely stored for your protection. We never release any personal information, whatsoever, to any other parties.  The information you provide will be used solely for order processing purposes. PRICING           
 We strive to maintain the accuracy of the prices on our website. Occasionally, mistakes may be made with product prices listed online in relation to the actual current prices of products. In the vast majority of these cases, we honor the lower price.  In some instances, a pricing error may be substantial enough that we will not honor the lower price.  In such an instance, we will inform you of the pricing error and let you decide whether or not you’d still like the item included in your order.

 Q: Where do you deliver?A: We deliver anywhere in Brooklyn, New York, to private residences or business locations.
 Q: Do you ship orders outside of Brooklyn?A: We are not currently set up to ship orders outside of Brooklyn.
 Q: What are your shopping/delivery fees?A: You will be a charged a flat fee for online ordering with delivery that is based on the area of Brooklyn that we are delivering to.  Fees are $6.95, $8.95 and $10.95. Please see our Delivery Area Map to help determine what your fee may be.
 Q: What if I want to cancel my order?A: Contact a member of our management team immediatelyat 718-855-6068; if your delivery is cancelled less than 2 hours before your scheduled delivery time you will be charged a $10 re-stocking fee.
 Q: What if I’m not home during my scheduled delivery window?A: Contact a member of our management team immediately at 718-855-6068; if your delivery has not yet left the store, we will be happy to reschedule your delivery.  If you delivery has already left the store, there is a $10 re-delivery fee.
 Q: What if my delivery arrives and something is damaged or missing?A: Contact a member of our management team, who will arrange to have the product replaced or a refund given.
 Q: Is there a minimum, or a maximum order?A: There is no delivery minimum or maximum; you may order as little or as much as you’d like!
 Q: Do you take phone orders?A: No, we do not currently take phone orders.

 Q: Can I pick up my order?A: Yes, see the information above, listed under ”Order Pick-Up".
 Q: Does Perelandra make substitutions if you are out of a product?A: No, we fill your order exactly as it is when you send it to us- if we are out of an item, you will not be charged for it, and it will be notated on the delivery receipt you will receive with your order.
 
 Q: How will I know when my order has been processed?
 A: We will send you a confirmation email after your order has been processed.
 Q: What forms of payment do you accept?A: We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. We do not currently accept checks, money orders or EBT cards as forms of payment for your online order.
 Q: What days are deliveries available?A: Deliveries are available Monday through Saturday. We do not offer home delivery service on Sundays, and in addition, we are closed on New Years Day, Easter, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.  You may place orders these days, but they will not be delivered until the following delivery day at the time you’ve specified.
 Q: Can I get products from your Juice Bar delivered?A: Juicebar menu items are not currently available for delivery, but we are working on adding them to our online ordering product selection.
