Aly, our Kitchen Manager, has worked at Perelandra since 2012 and is responsible for creating the recipes for the delicious food we sell in our kitchen. When she’s not creating awesome vegan dishes, Aly enjoys cooking at home and is an avid runner with 4 marathons under her belt!
